SHIPPING

Unless requested otherwise, all orders (weighing 22kg or less) to be sent to an Australian post code will be sent via Australia Post as per Australia Post’s rates. Arrangements can be made for orders and/or oversized items (weighing greater than 22kg) to be sent using various other couriers.

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible, almost always on the same day as the order is placed, but please let us know if you require especially urgent service.

Delivery times are indicative only and we do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused consequently. If delivery cannot be made initially, you will be responsible for any further delivery fees incurred.

If any product on your order is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date with the option of waiting for your items or receiving a full refund. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

RETURNS

If you order the incorrect products, we are happy to take them back under some conditions:

  • Before using the product, please check that the product is suitable for the purpose it was purchased for. We cannot accept returns of any used products.
  • Incorrectly ordered products can only be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Incorrectly ordered products must be returned in their original packaging which is still intact. We cannot accept returns of any incorrectly ordered products if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way.
  • When returning incorrectly ordered products, please pack them in another box/packaging so that the product’s packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.
  • It is the customers responsibility to pay the shipping/freight charges.
  • It is the customers responsibility to have proof of delivery for products returned to us.

 

If any of the products you order are faulty, they can be returned under the following conditions:

  • Please contact us first to confirm that the product is faulty, as we may need information from the manufacturer confirming the fault.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, it is the customers responsibility to pay the shipping/freight charges.
  • It is the customers responsibility to have proof of delivery for products returned to us.

 

We are sympathetic when it comes to returns of faulty products and we will consider all requests for returns on a case by case basis.
